About Brian Cooper

Broker/Owner Brian Cooper first obtained his Realtor license in the State of Wyoming in 1996 while pursuing his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics degree from the University of Wyoming. In 1999 he obtained his Broker’s license in Wyoming and opened his first Real Estate Brokerage Company serving central Wyoming, Outlook Realty. After a brief time with another larger brokerage company (part of 2008-2009), he opened up Platte Valley Properties, LLC to provide a more personalized service to his clients. In 2022 Brian moved his brokerage company to Shoshoni, WY and changed the name to Central Wyoming Properties to better represent the area of focus for his brokerage company.

Though he is now an empty nester, he spent close to 20 years as a single parent father to three wonderful children, and now has three grand-children whom he enjoys spending time with. They are a main reason for his move to Shoshoni to enjoy the recreational activities the area has to offer.

Central Wyoming Properties, LLC is a full service real estate brokerage company. Brian is not focused the number of sales, but the quality of service to those he represents and the feeling those clients have when they are happily leaving the closing table with their needs successfully met.
